Under the direct supervision and leadership of Eng. Ahmed Hassan, construction is progressing smoothly in accordance with the approved engineering blueprints and timeline. A key highlight of the ongoing phase is the successful execution of "colored plastering (colored render)" on the facades, which provides a modern aesthetic look and superior durability, as work continues diligently to complete the remaining structural and finishing phases.
